The pattern of antibodies present helps identify specific autoimmune diseases including lupus, scleroderma, mixed connective tissue disease, Sjögren syndrome, and others.
This panel is used in detailed autoimmune workup when multiple antibody markers are needed, particularly in patients with positive ANA and complex multisystem symptoms. Sample type is serum.
